Many of you will not have heard of a band called Tokyo Hotel who are from Germany where they have released three albums and sold over 5 million CDs. Despite this, they have found success in America and the UK hard to come by even though they have been heavily featured on MTV Europe and even played live at the MTV Europe Music Awards when it was held in Liverpool in 2008.

Monsoon was released as their first English single across Europe in 2007 and despite making the Top 10 in 10 European countries it failed to even make the charts in England.
