Hello everyone, Razzi here and I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas time and enjoyed yourselves with everything you did. Here at Jammy Toast we have had a great time except that Granny decided we didn’t need a full turkey because they are so big that we usually throw much of it away after Christmas. We like to have the turkey for Christmas dinner, maybe a few butties thrown in later in the day and then Davidd will make a Special Fried Rice on Boxing Day and this year Auntie Diane wasn’t coming until today and she asked Granny to save her some because she wasn’t having turkey at her house. So all that turkey required and Granny decided she would only get a turkey crown. Then, when she opened it, it was about the size of Jon Pigeon’s chest cavity.
Happy New Year and welcome to Jammy Toast. If you have been here before then welcome back but if you are a new visitor then make yourselves at home. Whoever you are, wherever you are from, we are always welcome here at Jammy Toast. If this is your first visit then let me introduce ourselves. Here at Jammy Toast we save bears who have been cast adrift into the hands of charity shops and car boot or eBay sales. All these bears need is a happy family home to make them feel loved and wanted – this is where we step in. Our job here at Jammy Toast is to save bears and provide them with a happy home where they can watch daytime telly and play on the internet.
The first job of the year is to wish all our friends a very happy and prosperous New Year. If you have followed Jammy Toast a while then welcome back but if you are a new visitor then make yourselves at home and have a nose around. Whoever you are, wherever you are from, we always like to see you here at Jammy Toast. Just in case you are new, then let me introduce ourselves. Here at Jammy Toast we save teddy bear, many of whom have been cast adrift into the hands of charity shops and eBay sales. All these bears need is a happy family home to make them feel safe and secure and provide them with a happy home where they can watch daytime telly and play on the internet.
Tonight we would like to wish everyone a happy new year and hop that you all have a wonderful time. Here at Jammy Toast we will not be wandering far as we are all dying with a mystery coughing bug which we cannot shake. We have had it since before Christmas and it is getting to the point now where we are getting headaches because we are coughing that much. The only problem with me and the bears living in such close proximity to each other is that we spread germs and diseases around very easily – hence we have all come down with the dreaded lurgy.
Happy New Year Everyone and we all hope you have a prosperous 2010! The Bears had a great night last night and even Razzi was fairly well behaved – for him. This morning we had to do a little clearing up of the empties and a few of The Bears have headaches but otherwise we had a great evening. We were up until the early hours watching horror films and seeing who could scare whom the most. We called it a draw in the end!
As another year comes to an end we would just like to thank everyone who contributes to The Bear Blog. Without you lot out there, it would get very lonely around here. We hope everyone has had a great year and enjoyed the festive season to its fullest. We also hope that Santa was kind to everyone who had behaved himself or herself over the past year. Remember, if you did not get what you asked for this means you were a naughty boy or girl and you will have to mend your ways for next year.
Hello everyone. Well I woke up this morning and looked out the window and eyak — it’s been snowing. Sorry for all you snow lovers but I’m just not a fan of the cold white stuff it may look nice but its bloody horrit. So today I will stay in bed and watch it out the window from the comfort of my cuddy!
Well it’s Monday 5th January and the Bears are back at work and all the Christmas Decorations have been taken down off the blog. This is always a depressing time of year, none more so than when it’s bloody freezing outside. Razzi spent 20 minutes scrapping the ice off the car this morning before we could head off to our first appointment – I don’t know what I would do without him!
Because there are so many Bears here at the Bear Sanctuary these days, it is not very often they all get together for a photograph. For special occasions however, like New Year, we can try. However, we will definitely need a bigger couch next year! All The Bears would like to wish you a Happy New Year and we all hope you have a lovely time tonight, whatever you are doing.
