Today we finally got the Bear Sanctuary looking a little bit festive when we all worked together to put the Christmas tree up. With The Bears feeling slightly guilty after skiving off from the task yesterday they were keen to lend a hand. The tree went up in no time and we took some pictures for The Blog to celebrate the occasion.
Friday is here and The Bears are ready to put their feet up. The biggest debate around The Bear Sanctuary at the moment is when should we put our Christmas tree up? Every year it seems that decorations start appearing sooner and shops even start playing Christmas songs once Bonfire Night is over and done with. Many people even have their Christmas trees up before December arrives but what we want to know is if there is a correct time to put your tree up?
We have been busy and left it a little late this year but today Razzi and I finished work a little early and decided to put our Christmas tree up. I usually leave the job for The Bears to do but every year is the same – they leave it to me. They complain they can’t untangle the Christmas tree lights and make sure they are working. I will agree that Bears do have a hard time untangling Christmas tree lights because they only have paws and no fingers so, as they do every year, they waited for me to do it. Fortunately the lights decided to work first time turning it into a pretty easy job.
Sorry its taken so long to even post a little note, well everything has been okish this end, I am on 6 months worth of antibiotics for these bloody kidney infections even though I’ve had 5 since being on them, but hey ho I’ll live. The Queen has been a little bit poorly but seems to be on the mend now and has bagged herself a new Dell laptop for Christmas having conned her big sis into getting it, but she’s doing great at school getting nothing below a B grade so she kinda deserves it.
